2023-2024 District Awards Program Award Submission Instructions

Deadline
March 29, 2024

1. Click on each Award Criteria, Checklist, or Signature Project Recognition to open in a fillable PDF format
2. Complete the form and provide narratives (Please note: the narrative should provide detail for the items identified in the checklist.  It is limited to one page.  If additional narrative or description is provided, it will not be considered)
3. Once you have the Checklist/Narrative finalized (and any review by club members completed), Submit the completed submission form for each award category:

Register to be an awards judge:

Judging will be based on information submitted by the Clubs. Volunteers will judge divisions other than their own. This judging is voluntary, but clubs will be awarded bonus points for judging. The results are subject to review by the District Governor and District Team Leaders.
